We're looking for an experienced landscaper to join our growing team at Repoint Brickwork & Landscaping. This role is ideal for someone confident in delivering high quality work, managing jobs on site, and working independently when required.
You'll be trusted to take the lead on certain projects, with full support from the business, including labourers provided for each job.
What You'll Be DoingCarrying out a range of landscaping work including patios, driveways, fencing and groundwork.
Taking responsibility for jobs from start to finish and maintaining high standards of workmanship on every job.
Working alongside labourers to complete projects efficiently and keeping jobs on track.
Communicating professionally with customers on site and representing the business well.
Strong experience in landscaping, ideally a minimum of 3 years.
Strong time management and ability to keep jobs on track while maintaining quality to deadlines.
Confident working independently and organising work on site without needing to be managed.
High attention to detail, pride in your work, reliable and hard working with a full UK driving licence preferred.
A steady pipeline of jobs with no gaps, backed by strong marketing bringing in regular leads.
Labourers provided on all projects so you can focus on delivering quality work.

Rate is £220–£250 per day depending on your experience and skill level.
